Scope of Work
Spazlux provides design and execution services as outlined in the approved proposal and drawings. Our services include concept design, detailed drawings, material selection, and on-site execution. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a variation and billed separately.
Warranty Policy
Spazlux offers a 12-month warranty from the date of project handover, covering workmanship and installation-related defects.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or misuse.
- Damage caused by moisture, pests, fire, or lack of maintenance.
- Items or materials supplied by third parties not under Spazlux’s scope.
Payment Terms
Project payments follow a milestone-based structure as detailed in your quotation:
- 10% - Booking advance upon confirmation.
- 30% - Upon final design approval.
- 40% - At the start of on-site execution.
- 20% - Upon final handover.
Payments must be completed within 7 days of invoice. Delays in payment may result in work suspension.
Cancellation Policy:
If a project is cancelled after work has started, payments made are non-refundable. Any balance for work completed up to the cancellation date will be payable by the client.
Execution Timelines
Estimated timelines will be shared before execution begins. Delays may occur due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, supplier issues, or government restrictions. Spazlux will communicate any timeline changes promptly.
Intellectual Property (IP)
All designs, drawings, and related materials created by Spazlux remain the property of Spazlux until full payment is received. After settlement, the client receives the right to use the designs only for the intended project. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or reuse of Spazlux’s designs is strictly prohibited.
Customer Responsibilities
The client must ensure that the project site is ready and accessible before execution begins. This includes providing electricity, water, storage, and safe working conditions. Delays due to site readiness may affect project timelines and could incur additional charges.
Spazlux Responsibilities
- Using high-quality materials and maintaining workmanship standards.
- Following safety protocols on-site.
- Providing supervision and coordination to ensure timely and quality execution.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, all disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India
